I purchased a Fransat Set Top Box and Viewing Card in April 2011. The receiver arrived very quickly. In fact a day earlier than had been arranged - but luckily it came when I was still in.

The receiver was as described and functioned perfectly as soon as I connected it to my satellite dish pointed at 5°W. I was able to watch more than 20 channels in French, several in HD quality, and hear various radio channels in French.
